Job Description
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
Managing agendas, appointments and meetings
Managing phone calls and correspondence
Supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Assisting colleagues whenever necessary
Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained
Participating actively in the planning and execution of company events
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Manager should have:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
A qualification in business administration or relevant field is preferred
