Job description

Mother of all Jobs has partnered with one of the UK's leading charities, who are looking for a proactive and highly organised part-time Office Manager to keep their Central London office running smoothly. As a national charity, they often welcome high profile visitors and need someone who can ensure the space is always professional, welcoming, and well-maintained.

This role will be for 4 hours per day (approx. 10 am – 2 pm, however, this is fully negotiable). There is also an option for this to be a job share. Due to the nature of this role, you will need to be in the office in central London, minutes away from the tube station.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Keeping the office, kitchen, and meeting rooms tidy, stocked, and presentable
  • Ensuring office equipment (e.g., printers, etc.) is in working order
  • Managing office supplies and ordering as needed
  • Liaising with third-party suppliers and contractors for repairs and services
  • Supporting with general admin tasks, including filing, organising documents, and managing schedules
  • Assisting with organising meetings and booking meeting rooms
  • Handling post, deliveries, and keeping track of office mail
  • Coordinating office maintenance, cleaning services, and ensuring the office is compliant with safety regulations
  • Helping with basic IT troubleshooting or liaising with the IT support team when needed
