Sadly, today, that’s difficult. Most can’t afford quality fashion, leaving many to resort to lifeless fast fashion that harms both the planet and the people who make it. Meanwhile, brands are lost in a decades-long void, lacking innovation and just revamping websites over and over again without fixing the real issue — just make shopping fun and affordable. So people drone their lives, dressed like NPCs because they're unable to find and afford the styles they like.

Tilt is here to change that. We make it effortless for you to be you. To build your own style through unfettered access to second-hand, factory seconds, and deadstock fashion. We’re making shopping a joyful, social experience that brings people together and helps everyone dress better.

Your Mission

As the Office Manager at Tilt, your mission is to create a well-organized, efficient, and positive work environment where the team can thrive. You'll play a critical role in managing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly so the team can focus on driving Tilt's vision forward.

We’re looking for someone who’s resourceful, proactive, and energized by the idea of building a great workspace. You’ll be the go-to person for all things office-related and will be pivotal in keeping our team happy, productive, and inspired.

What You'll Do

  • Secure our first office in London
  • Help transition from a fully remote to a hybrid working culture
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning
  • Manage supplies, vendor coordination, and office inventory
  • Plan team events and support new hire onboarding
  • Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and admin tasks
  • Assist with expense tracking and budget management
  • Be the go-to person for office-related issues, creating a positive work environment

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role
  • Experience in a startup or fast-growing company
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through to see tasks to completion
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
