The Client:

A UK-based property development company is looking for an Office Manager to support their team of ten people.

The Role:

This is a fantastic role based in Covent Garden. This role will suit an upbeat, self-motivated individual used to working in a hardworking and driven environment.

  • Oversee daily office operations, including HR onboarding, maintenance, procurement, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Set up workspaces for new hires, conduct office inductions, and act as the first point of contact for office-related queries.
  • Organise travel coordination and provide expense processing support to the Managing Partner and wider team.
  • Manage office and event budgets, track expenses, and identify ways to optimise costs.
  • Welcome visitors, manage meeting rooms, handle mail, and organise office events and engagement activities.

The Candidate:

  • Organised and proactive, able to manage tasks and solve problems efficiently.
  • A friendly face with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Salary up to £65,000 plus a discretionary bonus.
