A boutique finance company is seeking an Office Manager/ Junior PA within stunning offices close to Bond Street Station. Paying circa 40-45k, 5 days in the office with occasional WFH opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Office and Administrative Management: Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office, including:
Ensuring continuous office coverage and support.
Overseeing the administrative tasks of the office.
Management of corporate reception and guest concierge.
Management of suppliers and contractors.
Human Resource support, including assisting with the recruitment process, onboarding new team members, managing leave requests, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with employee training initiatives.
Coordination, organisation and preparation of board meetings.
Meeting and Event Coordination: Organise and oversee internal meetings and social events, including Christmas and Summer parties and other social events.
Health and Safety Compliance: Implement and monitor health and safety protocols in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Conduct regular safety inspections.
Facilities Management: Collaborate with building management and service providers to ensure the office is well maintained. Maintenance of office equipment and supplies. Oversight of deliveries, food supplies and cleaning arrangements.
Executive Support: Provide support for the Investment Team, CIO, COO and General Counsel, which will include:
Diary management and scheduling meetings for the CIO and Investment Team.
Maintaining accurate records of research meetings for compliance purposes.
Meeting organisation and preparation.
Travel management, including flights, local transportation, accommodation and all related aspects.
Assistance with recruitment and management of other support staff.
Minimal assistance with personal administrative matters.
