Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for the smooth running of the office premises and the carrying out of the administrative functions of the project/contract.
  • Maintaining office services and efficiency.
  • Supervising office staff and maintaining office records.
Qualifications:

Already experienced as an office manager, you will be highly computer literate in all Microsoft Office applications (for example Word, Outlook, Excel) and have experience of office costing systems. You will have experience of managing and maintaining database systems and organizing record-keeping systems.
