Our client is seeking an Office Junior and Trust Administrator to support its administrative and trust management functions. This role provides an opportunity to gain valuable experience in office procedures, bookkeeping, and trust administration while working under the supervision of management. Job Duties:

  1. Learn and implement office procedures with the guidance of management.
  2. Maintain accuracy and ensure tasks are completed with minimal errors.
  3. Support administrative functions, including maintaining client files and assisting with general office tasks.
  4. Assist in bookkeeping activities, including gaining familiarity with bookkeeping systems and undertaking basic double-entry bookkeeping.
  5. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.
  6. Undertake professional development, including training courses and relevant exams.
  7. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and statutory obligations.
  8. Support fee collection processes and ensure efficiency in daily tasks.
  9. Provide general assistance across departments as required to ensure smooth business operations.
