Award winning and industry leading creative communications agency specialising in brand positioning and corporate reporting is looking to hire an experienced and wonderful Office & HR Manager to join the Operations team!
This key role will ensure the smooth running of the office and HR functions, creating a positive and productive work environment. You will oversee office management, HR administration, facilities management, and health and safety compliance.
Responsibilities will include:
Office Management:
Oversee daily office operations, including housekeeping, meeting room setup, and supply management.
Coordinate office events and social activities.
Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
Facilities Management:
Ensure all facilities are well-maintained and compliant with H&S regulations.
Manage office security, including fire safety and emergency procedures.
Work closely with external partners for IT and maintenance services.
HR:
Act as the main HR contact for employees, managing onboarding, offboarding, and employee benefits.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure legal compliance.
Support and lead HR projects, including recruitment, policy implementation and performance reviews.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in a similar role
HR experience and knowledge essential
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Valid first aid qualification
Independent and proactive at managing workload, ability to plan multiple tasks and meet requests / deadlines as necessary
