My client is recruiting a travel sales consultant that has a passion for making plenty of commission that is uncapped. You will be dealing with holiday enquiries over the phone and by email. We need a sales consultant that can maximize the conversion of enquiries to bookings.

There is no cap on earnings – driven sales staff can expect to achieve £75,000 plus. You must have commission only sales experience to apply. You must upsell at every opportunity (remember more you sell the more you earn).

My client has over 30 years’ experience in the travel industry and has tailored bespoke travel arrangements for over a million customers.

Hours of work

40 hours per week, to be rotered between the hours of:

• Mon-Thu 9am-9pm
• Fri 9am-7pm
• Sat 9am-6pm
• Sun 10am-6pm

There is an opportunity to increase commission by working unpaid overtime to make additional bookings.

Skills/Experience Needed

• High level of customer service, above and beyond customer expectation on every call and email
• Good sales techniques and an excellent telephone manner
• Attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Computer literate with good keyboard skills
• Minimum of one year’s proven sales experience – travel industry knowledge is not essential but would be an advantage

• Ensure the customer journey is memorable and enjoyable
