Job description

Job Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office & Hazardous Waste Administrator at One Stop Waste Solutions Ltd in Aberdeen. The Administrator will be responsible for assisting with data input, customer care, hazardous waste paperwork preparation and tracking whilst ensuring compliance with waste management regulations.

Responsibilities

  1. Data Inputting
  2. Assist with Inbound Calls, Dealing with New & Existing Sales Enquiries & Service Requirements
  3. Liaise with customers/suppliers and maintain good relationships
  4. Hazardous Waste – SEPA Paperwork Preparation and Admin
  5. Sampling and Analysis - Reporting and Admin
  6. Coordinate Jobs, working with suppliers, see jobs from start to completion
  7. Maintain Enquiry/Job Sheet/Contract Spreadsheets
  8. Provide accurate work instructions
  9. Prepare and Follow up Quotations and Jobs
  10. Prepare and Maintain Waste Contracts
  11. Liaise closely with Third-Party Service and Disposal Providers
  12. Customer Care Calls and Retention
  13. Prepare Monthly Customer Reports
  14. Help maintain and develop IMS
  15. Work to OSW IMS Policy and Procedures (QHSE)

Skills

  1. Communication and Customer Service skills
  2. Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
  3. Attention to detail and organizational skills
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  6. Aware of OSW IMS Policy and Procedures (QHSE)
  7. Have a working knowledge of Waste Management Legislation (on job training)
  8. Waste Software (Purgo - on job training)
  9. Sage Accounts (on job training)

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
