Job description

Sellick Partnership is seeking a skilled Facilities Administrator to join a supportive team at a Legal 500 Firm in Reading. As part of this role, you will support the Facilities Management along with some Reception duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Scan, file, and prepare post for dispatch, including legal documents.
  2. Assist with document scanning, printing, and IT setup (including new joiners' kits).
  3. Order and distribute supplies, maintain stationery stock, and report equipment issues.
  4. Support office operations, including booking staff, managing meeting rooms, and answering facilities queries.
  5. Greet clients, answer Reception calls, and assist with client event set-up/clean-up.
  6. Retrieve and destroy archived files, prepare files for court, and handle storage requests.
  7. Assist with IT hardware issues and maintain office supplies.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
  • Have a keen eye for accuracy and precision.
  • Be capable of working autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Be polite, respectful, and professional in all tasks.
