We are currently recruiting for an Office Assistant/Administrator for one of our clients in the Oldbury/Dudley area. This is the perfect position for a strong team player who is looking for a varied role where they can support the whole team.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls, respond to queries and direct calls as required.
Monitor the main email inbox, forwarding emails to the relevant person.
Greet and book in visitors as they arrive.
Support the team with admin duties.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the public.
Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance.
Adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
Be educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
Have experience of working within a high-demand environment.
Have appropriate communication skills, both verbal and written.
Be able to take responsibility for own workload and department.
