We are looking for a driven and proactive, temporary Office Assistant needed on a part-time basis to join the London team of an innovative tech transport firm.
The Office Assistant role would be 20 hours per week and is expected to last 3-6 months
This role is to support the team with general administrative tasks and office coordination.
In this role you will:
Manage office logistics, from ordering supplies to organising inventory, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Be the first point of contact, greeting visitors and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Take charge of managing office correspondence—mail, couriers, and more.
Assist the team with ad-hoc tasks, keeping things fresh and exciting.
Answer calls and emails, respond to inquiries, and forward messages as needed
Maintain a clean and presentable reception area and shared spaces
Provide administrative support to the management team
If you have previous admin experience and
Previous experience in a customer-facing or reception role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and a can-do attitude
