Job Title: Office Assistant


Location: St James Square, London


Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time (09:00 - 17:00, Monday to Friday)


Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 annually

Responsibilities:
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Property and Accounts Departments. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Scanning and filing client correspondence
  • Answering calls and managing email inquiries
  • Managing utilities and council tax transfers
  • Keeping office supplies organised and stocked
  • Issuing security passes for tenants and contractors
  • Liaising with tenants on daily issues
  • Arranging contractor visits and following up on reports
  • Assisting with administrative support to the Accounts Department
  • Drafting tenancy agreements and processing deposit protection certificates
  • Updating compliance schedules and taking minutes for meetings

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):


  • Previous experience in office administration
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with SAGE or similar accounting software is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):


  • Familiarity with property management processes
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Experience in customer service roles
