Centre Assistant
Part Time (20-30 hours over 4-5 days a week)
Salary - £25,500 FTE
The Role
Pure Offices in Cheadle is looking for a Centre Assistant to work within the team at this thriving business centre. The Centre provides office accommodation and meeting room facilities to a number of businesses.
We require someone with a positive, friendly, can-do attitude with excellent communication and customer service skills as the position is client-facing. The role will involve general administration, dealing with potential and existing customers, and ensuring the centre is presentable, safe, and a pleasant environment to work in. You will be the first point of contact very often, so a friendly helpful manner is essential as is a smart appearance and a positive attitude. As well as great customer service skills, you will be able to demonstrate you are organised, methodical, with good attention to detail, able to deal calmly with problems and work off your own initiative.
You will be part of a small friendly on-site team, who aim to always give first-class customer service. You will have the ability and enthusiasm to take on new tasks as they may arise and be willing to turn your hand to what is necessary to ensure the smooth running of the centre.
The role will be extremely varied and no one day will be the same. Primarily the role will be to support and help the Centre Manager and ensure the smooth running and continued success of Pure Offices Cheadle. The Centre Manager's role that you will provide support to principally involves:

Annual leave - 25 Days pa (plus bank holidays). Annual Leave Increases every 5 years (1 per 5 years of service). Ability to buy 5 days extra holiday.
