Office Administrator

Location: Camberley, GU15 2NZ

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Hours: 8.30 am to 4.30 pm with a 30-minute lunch break

Our client is a well-established, family-owned business, proudly serving customers since 1972. They specialise in damp proofing, basement waterproofing, resin repairs, and a wide range of property preservation services. Their commitment to quality, reliability, and customer care has made them a trusted name in the industry for over 50 years.

The Role

They're looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their friendly office team. This is a varied role that supports their surveyors and admin department to ensure everything runs smoothly day to day.

You'll be responsible for:

  1. Accurately typing up reports prepared by their surveyors
  2. Scanning, filing, and managing documentation both digitally and physically
  3. Answering incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner, directing queries appropriately
  4. Providing general administrative support to the wider team as needed
  5. Helping ensure the smooth running of the office and supporting colleagues during busy periods
Skills and Qualifications
  1. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
