Office Administrator
Our established manufacturing client based in Halesfield is looking for a full-time temporary to permanent office administrator to help run the office. This is a busy and varied role, which includes general office duties such as answering phones, sending e-mails, collecting post and deliveries, and allocating them to the relevant department. You will also be involved in purchasing stock, looking after health and safety on site, organizing transport, and heading the recruitment.
As you are part of a smaller company, there will be additional duties which include meeting and greeting visitors, checking in stock, ensuring workers reach their supervisors and workstations, plus general housekeeping in the office.
Ideal Candidate
Hours
08:00am – 16:30 Mon to Thurs and 08:00am – 15:30 on a Friday.
Salary
£13.06 - £13.56 depending on experience.
