Job Description: Color Gemstone Manager

We are a color gemstone supplier looking for a Stone Room Manager.

1. Take orders from customers via phone and email, enter into the computer, create invoices, and issue purchase orders to vendors.
2. Receive merchandise, perform quality control, inspection, sorting, and matching stones for color and quality. Pack and ship orders.
3. Make price lists using Excel and assist our bookkeeper in data entry.
4. Process orders (select, sort, pick, and pack gemstones).
5. Place orders to vendors and check the quality of incoming and outgoing shipments.

Requirements:

• Must speak and write good English; neat and accurate; computer savvy.
• Experience in color stones or jewelry is helpful.
• Knowledge of Spanish is helpful; knowledge of Chinese will also be beneficial.
• Organized, motivated, neat, accurate, and detail-oriented.
• Social media experience will be very helpful.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission

Pay: From $18.00 to $25.00 per hour, plus commission.

Benefits: 401k pension plan, bonus, commission.

Schedule: 9 AM to 5 PM, flexible can be 10 AM to 3 PM
