Office Administrator - Axbridge, Somerset

Monday - Friday days

Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products whose quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and due to growth into various export markets, they are looking for an Office Administrator to join their Project team.

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Providing general administration across a range of departments & teams
  2. Supporting teams with quotations from customers
  3. Preparing and sending out purchase orders
  4. Liaising with suppliers to ensure delivery deadlines are met
  5. Assisting with production with packaging and delivery notes for dispatch
  6. Preparation of work packs & build, communicating with all internal departments

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  1. Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  2. Strong Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel
  3. Strong customer service skills
