Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team. This impactful role is crucial for the successful setup and smooth operation of our offices in Europe. You will also be a champion of our office culture, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee new office fit-out projects, coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders across various European countries.
Manage daily administrative operations, including office supplies, equipment, and workspace allocation.
Maintain high standards of office organization, ensuring all documentation and files are managed according to company protocols.
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring site maintenance and services comply with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with relevant teams to monitor and manage office-related expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets.
Drive team engagement and motivation, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Organize office events and initiatives to foster team building and social cohesion.
Manage and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to office and site operations.
Host and support internal and external visitors to the office.
Work onsite five days a week in central London.
Minimum Qualifications:
1+ years of relevant experience in office administration in the UK.
Effective communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with internal teams, external vendors, and high-profile visitors.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
