Location: Camberley, GU15 2NZ

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Hours: 8.30 am to 4.30 pm with a 30-minute lunch break

They specialise in damp proofing, basement waterproofing, resin repairs, and a wide range of property preservation services. Their commitment to quality, reliability, and customer care has made them a trusted name in the industry for over 50 years.

The Role

They're looking for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join their friendly office team. This is a varied role that supports their surveyors and admin department to ensure everything runs smoothly day to day.

You'll be responsible for typing survey reports, scanning documents, filing, and answering telephone calls. Your contribution will help maintain their high standards of service and keep operations efficient and well-coordinated.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Accurately type up reports prepared by their surveyors
  2. Scan, file, and manage documentation both digitally and physically
  3. Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner, directing queries appropriately
  4. Provide general administrative support to the wider team as needed
  5. Help ensure the smooth running of the office and support colleagues during busy periods

  1. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  3. A confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills
