Day-to-day of the role:
Provide extensive administrative support to the Director, ensuring seamless management of their schedule.
Create, modify, and review a wide range of documents, maintaining exceptional attention to detail and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute materials in advance to facilitate effective discussions and well-informed decisions.
Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries swiftly and professionally to maintain high standards of client service.
Oversee compliance procedures, including the initiation of files and documentation, ensuring strict adherence to regulations.
Manage office correspondence, including mail processing, to ensure all communications are handled promptly and accurately.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum of 12 months experience in office administration.
Excellent telephone manner and professional presentation.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high precision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
