An established industry player is seeking a dedicated part-time Office Administrative Assistant to join a friendly team. This role involves a variety of general office duties, including managing communications with parents and monitoring attendance. The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy office, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a supportive educational environment while ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks. We are looking to appoint a temporary part-time member of staff to our friendly Office Team. The role is available immediately, with the contract running through to 31st March 2026, and the job description includes general office duties, including attendance monitoring and managing communications with parents.
The successful applicant will have previous experience of working in a busy office and preferably have knowledge or experience of a school environment. They will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, and knowledge and confidence using the Microsoft Office suite of applications is an essential requirement (training will be provided for our MIS system).
In addition, they will need to have a polite and professional manner, be a flexible team player and be able to use their initiative and be adaptable to new ways of working.
