Offer Manager – Recurrent Services for Drives

Recurring Services is a strategic priority for the Group and a key lever for the growth of Industrial Automation Services.

Within Industrial Automation Services, Recurring Services for Drives has been identified as an area of high growth, with multiple on-going initiatives and offer developments.

To support these, we are looking for an experienced Offer Manager to lead our portfolio of Recurring Services for Drives.

Responsibilities:

  • The individual will be responsible to manage the portfolio of recurring service offers related to our range of Altivar Variable Speed Drives. These offers include:
  • Eco-Care for Drives (to be launched later this year)
  • EcoStruxure Service Plan for Drives.
  • Advantage Service Plan for Drives.

This will involve:

  • Drive offer definition and specifications, market strategy, and roadmap development.
  • For new offers, work within the IA Services Offer Creation to Commercialization Process, to ensure timely and successful offer launch.
  • Evolve, maintain & manage the lifecycle of existing offers, with an intent to simplify and / or enhance the offer value proposition, including:
  • Enhancements of any needed features & capabilities
  • Marketing assets / collaterals updates
  • Any needed phase-outs and migrations therein.
  • Support the launch and deployment of new and existing offers in countries, including sales enablement and support.
  • Ensure alignment with related offers in the recurring services portfolio, to increase our overall value proposition and to ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Proactively solicit voice of customer, monitor market trends & competitive offer, and emerging concepts / technologies, to identify opportunities, and funnel these into future offers enhancements.
  • Collaboration with a diverse set of stakeholders within IA Services, Drives LoB, Country Operations and Global Services, to ensure the success of this portfolio.

Skills & Experience:

  • Candidates with at least 10-15 years of experience in Marketing / Business development / Sales / sales support functions.
  • Candidates with experience in Drives and / or Services domain will be preferred.
  • Ideal Candidate will be a strategic thinker and able to work in a global team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ideal Candidate will have a BS in Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering, preferably with a business management course.
