Job Title: OEM Sales Manager - Fixings & Fastenings

Remuneration: £45,000 + up to £12,000 bonus (£500 per month bonus guaranteed first year)

Area to be covered: North (ideally based M62 corridor) Sheffield to Leeds

The role of the OEM Sales Manager - Fixings & Fastenings will involve:

1. Field sales position selling a high end range of manufactured anchor fixings & fastenings for OEM applications
2. All of your time will be spent selling to OEM/manufacturers who supply fixings, anchors as a package with their products such as: Leviat, Keystone, Zip-Clip, Kone, Schindler Lifts etc
3. Targeted to achieve circa £70k-£80k; once up & running will be expected to grow this to £100k per month (2/3 years)
4. Good blend of account management and new business
5. Developing sales plans to achieve successful profit margin, market share and account penetration
6. Will invest/provide you with training courses in sales & leadership with a clear pathway to progression within the business

The ideal applicant will be:

1. Must have sold to OEM's/manufacturers
2. Ideally from the fixings & fastenings industry; however, not essential
3. Able to both manage and expand existing relationships and generate new business relationships
4. Commercially astute, professional, organised
5. Solution-based sales approach, positive, professional and customer service oriented
