What you'll do

1. Design, build and support solutions in OCS for Projects, Change requests and incidents
2. Work multi-functionally with other technology and business stakeholders to deliver change safely
3. Work with 3rd party suppliers in developing and validating solutions
4. Become Domain Expert in Sky technology stack which sits between the mobile core network and business support systems, including OCS

What you'll bring

1. Proficiency in designing, building, and supporting solutions in Online Charging Systems (OCS).
2. Experience with broadband, telephony, mobile, cloud, and infrastructure technologies.
3. Familiarity with telecom networks and the Sky technology stack, particularly those between the mobile core network and business support systems.
4. Ability to handle projects, change requests, and incidents effectively, delivering changes safely and efficiently.
5. Proven ability to work multi-functionally with technology and business stakeholders, excellent communication skills to liaise with 3rd party suppliers and validate solutions.
6. Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in technology and processes, staying updated with the latest industry trends.
7. Deep understanding of the Sky technology stack and its components, becoming a domain expert in the technologies that sit between the mobile core network and business support systems, including OCS.
8. Commitment to creating a secure and reliable infrastructure for Sky's content and services, enhancing customer experience by ensuring high-quality and uninterrupted services.
