Overall Purpose of the Job:

We are seeking an autonomous, detail-oriented, and dynamic Sales Support Executive with expertise as a Cargowise and CRM Super User. This role will support the sales team by managing customer data, overseeing CRM-related activities, and providing exceptional administrative support. The Sales Support Executive will be responsible for ensuring the efficient use and optimization of the CRM system to drive sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM System Management:

  • Serve as the primary CRM Super User for the sales team, ensuring the CRM is utilized to its fullest potential.
  • Administer CRM data management, including customer records, sales activities, and opportunity tracking.
  • Regularly update and maintain the integrity of customer and prospect data in the CRM system.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues promptly.
  • Manage the administration of the Sales Activity Pipeline for weekly calls.
  • Oversee Sales Team territory management and allocation.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly sales figures to Business Development Managers (BDMs).
  • Track and manage sales leads, registering progress and updates.
  • Generate and administer non-supporting account lists, gathering feedback from the Sales Team.
  • Maintain BDM weekly activity logs and collate monthly mileage reports.
  • Send market updates via Cargowise as required.
  • Provide general sales administrative support as directed by the Sales Director and Head of Client Relations.
  • Travel to and participate in sales meetings at various EV Cargo locations as needed.
  • Develop and improve KPI metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Allocate accounts within the CRM system to support BDMs and oversee any accounts requiring CRM involvement.
