As an Ocean Freight Coordinator, you will be the linchpin between clients, carriers, and internal teams. You will manage the end-to-end process of sea freight shipments, ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and exceptional service every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate import/export ocean freight shipments from booking to delivery
• Communicate with carriers, customs brokers, and overseas agents
• Prepare and review shipping documentation (B/Ls, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
• Track and monitor shipments to proactively resolve delays
• Provide regular updates and support to customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company procedures
• Maintain accurate records in the freight management system

From You:

• Proven experience in ocean export operations, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of ocean freight processes, shipping documents, and international trade regulations.
• Familiarity with shipping software and systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
