Treats patients of all ages who suffered loss of upper extremity function, balance, coordination, perception, endurance, or present with decreased ability to perform ADLs due to trauma, illnesses, or surgery. The therapist follows the treatment plan designed by the Occupational Therapists and reports all findings. The therapist works with patients and families to achieve the highest possible level of independence.

Demonstrates knowledge of procedures for protecting and maintaining security, confidentiality and integrity of employee, patient, family, organizational and other medical information.
