What you will do:

1. Manage a complex caseload within the extra capacity beds at the Royal Sussex County Hospital.
2. Utilize advanced clinical reasoning, critical thinking, reflection, and analysis to support assessments and discharge planning.
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team using a client-centred approach.
4. Develop tailored discharge plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
5. Embrace the challenge of varying patient conditions and adapt to meet each new situation with a proactive mindset.

To qualify for this role, you will need: HCPC registration and at least two years of experience in a similar setting. While having a driving licence and car is preferable, it is not mandatory.
