Occupational Therapist - Band 6 - Care Coordinator

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist - Band 6 within Care Coordinator at Rochford, UK. The ideal candidate must be HCPC registered and possess a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience. Experience working within the NHS is also essential.

5. Lead junior staff through clinical supervision and the promotion of evidence-based practices.
6. Deliver care in alignment with Trust's care programme approach guidelines, maintaining high standards of practice.
7. Evaluate intervention efficacy within set deadlines and adhere to operational policies.
