Job description

Please be aware this is a Long Term Temporary post to start ASAP.

Require Occupational Therapist experienced within social care assessing adults and/or paediatrics within their own home to maintain their independence via rehab techniques, use of reablement, equipment, minor and major adaptations.

1. Enhanced DBS/Update service.
