You will work as part of our team of experienced Occupational Therapists, Assistant Practitioners and Assistants to provide multidisciplinary services to adults with a range of conditions in their own homes.

For experienced OT's we are delighted to offer you our extensive Beyond Preceptorship Programme which will help support you in your developing career.
As a Band 6 OT you will be expected to assess and provide treatment for adults with multiple and complex health needs working alongside the MDT to ensure high quality care. You will need to be flexible and able to work in a variety of locations within a large geographical area assessing adults in their own homes.
Post graduate experience of working with adults where their primary need is relating to a physical health condition is essential together sound clinical knowledge of how an individual's mental health can impact on functioning.
You will be willing to support student education and development, and share your experiences and knowledge with others in the service and external partners.
