Our main acute hospital site is in Guildford with community hospital sites at Milford, Haslemere and Cranleigh. We provide adult community health services in homes across Guildford and Waverley.

The post holder is responsible for providing an Occupational Therapy service to routine and complex patients within specialty groups across the acute and community services. Responsible for patients referred for Occupational Therapy assessment, rehabilitation, management and discharge planning within the Multi-disciplinary team, throughout speciality teams within the Royal Surrey services. To undertake assessments of individuals, including functional and environmental factors. To devise implement and evaluate patient centred treatment plans. To communicate effectively with the MDT and outside agencies. To provide an effective high quality service to patients. To participate in training and supervision of assistants/techs and students. To undertake evidence based projects as required.

£31,469 to £38,308 a year (per annum) includes high cost area supplements (HCAS).
