What You Will Do:
  1. Promote health and independence by delivering high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions
  2. Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and consultation to the broader multidisciplinary team
  3. Demonstrate specialist expertise in areas such as occupational engagement and environmental adaptation
  4. Manage a designated caseload, typically between 15 and 20, employing theoretical and practical experience to complete assessments, plan and implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes aligned to care plans
  5. Oversee and support a dedicated team of three Occupational Therapy Assistants
  6. Receive support and clinical supervision from the Regional Lead Occupational Therapist

You will be instrumental in promoting health and independence by delivering high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions. Demonstrate specialist occupational therapy skills in occupational engagement, environmental adaptation, and the development and maintenance of skills needed for meaningful participation. You'll also have the chance to develop specialist skills throughout your time with us, aided by a regional and national network of healthcare professionals.
