Occupational Health Nurse

We are currently recruiting for an Occupational Health Nurse to join our two Midlands sites (Wolverhampton & West Bromwich).

ABOUT THE ROLE:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Health professional to undertake a multi-site role with a workforce of c1400 staff. This is an ideal role for someone looking to step into a fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. As Occupational Health Nurse you will provide an effective and efficient care service to the 2 Sisters Employees. Day to day you can expect the role to involve:

• Absence management and referrals
• Rehabilitation
• Health surveillance including new starter medicals
• Audiometry and Spirometry testing
• FLT fitness for work and function tests
• Work closely with H&S, HR and colleagues of all levels, languages, and literacy whilst you help support them in monitoring and managing sickness, accident investigations and much more.

ABOUT YOU:

• Minimum of 3 years Occupational Health experience ideally within an industrial/commercial environment or relevant OH qualification (degree / diploma)
• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration
• Able to efficiently manage your time
• Worked in a multi-site environment
• Great organisational skills – compliance needs to be 100%
• Professional stakeholder management
• Able to motivate others
• Decisive and very concise within reports and information provided
