Occupational Health Nurse

OH Medical is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join a leading Occupational Health Provider, in a Part-Time (22.5 hours/3 days between Monday - Thursday) Permanent role. This exciting site-based opportunity will see you join a multidisciplinary team in Washington.

The Role:

This role offers the ideal chance for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join a full-remit Occupational Health Service operating to high clinical standards. Your duties will include:

1. Conducting health screening procedures in line with company protocols, including baseline measurements such as height, weight, blood pressure, and urinalysis.
2. Performing audiometry and lung function tests to assess employee health.
3. Delivering health promotion activities to encourage employee wellbeing.
4. Accurately recording medical information and ensuring all equipment is clean, serviceable, and fit for purpose.

Required Skills:

To be the successful Occupational Health Nurse candidate for this role, you'll be:

• An NMC Registered Nurse
• Previously experienced in Occupational Health Nursing ideally in a safety-critical environment.
• Skilled in conducting health surveillance.
• Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, organisational, and administrative abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to demonstrate a solid understanding of Data Protection and confidentiality standards.
