Occupational Health Nurse

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week (Full time, Hybrid)

Salary: Up to £48,000 depending on skills and experience

As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting occupational health assessments, including thorough evaluations of both physical and mental health in relation to workplace environments. You will provide tailored advice to our clients on the necessary adjustments required for their roles. Your expertise will assist in managing short-term sickness absence cases, ensuring compliance with the Equalities Act and Health & Safety legislation. Supporting employees during their rehabilitation will also be key, as you guide them back to work. Maintaining high-quality OH records and collaborating closely with clinical lead managers will ensure that we meet the highest standards in our field.

Occupational Health Nurse Requirements:

1. NMC registration.
2. Essential previous experience in Occupational Health.
3. Desirable OH qualification.
4. Knowledge of current trends and principles in the OH sector.
5. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
