Position: Occupational Health Manager

Location: Home Based

Salary: £46,000 - £60,000 per annum

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced, capable and pro-active Occupational Health Manager to be based from home on a full-time, permanent basis. However, for this role, you need to be comfortable attending face-to-face meetings a couple of times a year.

Your main responsibility will be to manage the OH nursing team and liaise with the Operations Manager.

You will be responsible for managing the OH nurse training/health surveillance programme, holding regular team meetings, leading on all clinical audits to comply with the SEQOHS standards, dealing with stakeholder requirements, and analyzing data from audit findings to compile reports.

Skills/Qualifications:

1. To be considered for this excellent opportunity, my client is looking for an Occupational Health Advisor who must be a Registered Nurse.
2. You must have strong communication skills and be IT literate.
