The role
As an Occupational Health Coordinator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Join a dedicated Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Team focused on creating a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring individuals' well-being and driving a culture of safety, responsibility, and continuous improvement.

Day-to-day, you’ll provide administrative and project support to the Occupational Health Contract Manager, manage health surveillance programmes, deliver communication materials, oversee the health portal rollout, and handle employee engagement and compliance tracking.

  • Provide administrative and project support, including meeting organisation, minute-taking, action management, and data handling.
  • Create and deliver communication materials, such as presentations and employee engagement briefs.
  • Assist with invoicing, receipting, and financial documentation.
  • Manage the health management portal, supporting rollout, responding to queries, and leading engagement in specific areas.
  • Coordinate the health surveillance program, ensuring compliance and tracking for designated business areas.

This role is full time, 35 hours per week and is based on site at Devonport Royal Dockyard.
