Job description

Role: OH Advisor
Salary: Up to GBP45k
Hours: Part time, 3 days minimum
Location: Porthmadog

Benefits:

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Full OH remit
  2. Conduct health surveillance and provide reports
  3. Responsible for case management and provide reports to the OH Manager when required
  4. Work with a multi-disciplinary team, working closely with therapists, ergonomists, nurses, technicians and administration team
  5. Provide clear advice regarding health and wellbeing
  6. Conduct pre-placement reviews, and fitness for work reports when required

Requirements:
  1. RGN, with valid NMC pin
  2. Experienced OH Advisor with an OH qualification - salary depending on experience
  3. Experience within the manufacturing sector is ideal but not essential
  4. Fantastic communication skills
  5. IT proficient
  6. Experienced in case management assessments
