About the Role:
Amber Mace are working with a fantastic client who are looking for a qualified OH Advisor to join their team in Yorkshire. Although you'd be working for an established OH Provider, you will be solely working for one of their clients, between 3 sites in South Yorkshire, relatively close to one another.
Responsibilities:
Full OH remit
Conduct health surveillance and provide reports
Responsible for case management and provide reports to the OH Manager when required
Work with a multi-disciplinary team, working closely with therapists, ergonomists, nurses, technicians and administration team
Provide clear advice regarding health and wellbeing
Conduct pre-placement reviews, and fitness for work reports when required
Requirements:
RGN, with valid NMC pin
Experienced OH Advisor with an OH qualification - salary depending on experience
Experience within the manufacturing sector is ideal but not essential
Fantastic communication skills
IT proficient
Experienced in case management assessments
