NVH Facility Engineer - 39976 - £26.65/hr umbrella rate

What You Will Do:
  1. Take charge of vehicle preparation and testing within a Semi-Anechoic Chamber, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Utilize Siemens LMS software for acquiring test data and validate results to meet the NVH attribute teams' requirements.
  3. Conduct risk assessments to adhere to health and safety standards.
  4. Operate 4wd chassis dynamo-meters with significant expertise.
  5. Analyze and report NVH test data, contributing to the enhancement of vehicle performance.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex noise and vibration challenges.
What You Will Bring:
  1. Proven experience in rig/vehicle-based NVH data acquisition and testing environments.
  2. Proficiency in noise and vibration measurement techniques and data analysis.
  3. Familiarity with Siemens LMS software for data acquisition.
  4. A strong understanding of vehicle components and systems.
  5. Relevant Degree or equivalent operational experience in a related field.
