Nursing Home Manager
Surbitonian
£80,000 - £90,000

The ideal Nursing Home Manager will be/have:
  1. An experienced Nursing Home Manager of large homes, over 50 beds
  2. Proven track record of good CI grades at least 4's & a proven track record of turnaround experience
  3. An individual with high care standards, stability on their CV & an 'open door' management style
  4. Experienced in reaching financial & business KPI's whilst delivering first class care with a resident centred approach

About the home & role:
A little over 70 beds, catering for the elderly, those living with dementia, physical disabilities & a range of other conditions, over 50 years old.
