Nursing Home Manager

£85,000 - £90,000 plus bonus scheme
Would you like to join a reputable care provider in improving grades & making your mark at one of London's Nursing Homes? Are you passionate, resident-focused & have a great track record of CI improvements?
If so, I may have the ideal role for you!
- Salary of up to £90,000 plus bonus scheme

- An experienced Nursing Home Manager of large homes, over 50 beds
- Proven track record of good CI grades (at least 4's) & turnaround experience
- An individual with high care standards, stability on their CV & an 'open door' management style
- Experienced in reaching financial & business KPI's whilst delivering first-class care with a resident-centred approach
A little over 60 beds, catering for the elderly, those living with dementia, physical disabilities & a range of other conditions, over 50 years old.
