About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead our team in Colchester. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for elderly care and the skills to manage a high-quality nursing home. The successful candidate will have an active PIN and proven experience in nursing home management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service.
2. Lead and manage the care team, promoting a positive and supportive working environment.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including CQC requirements.
4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the quality of care and service delivery.
5. Manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring financial sustainability.
6. Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
7. Conduct regular assessments and reviews of residents' care plans to ensure their needs are being met.

1. Essential - Active NMC PIN.
2. Proven experience in nursing home management.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
