Salary: Around £75,000, negotiable based on experience.

Location: Easily commutable from West Yorkshire, Bradford, Huddersfield, Halifax, Wakefield, Rochdale, Todmorden, and surrounding areas.

As the Commissioning Home Manager, you will:

1. Lead the commissioning process for the nursing home.
2. Develop and mentor a passionate and focused team.
3. Oversee the onboarding of new staff.
4. Ensure quality improvement plans meet and exceed company and CQC requirements.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external agencies.
6. Implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
