I am working with a wonderful and very highly rated elderly care provider who is currently looking to recruit a Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager for their medium-sized nursing home / care home in Southampton, commutable from Romsey, Gosport, Portsmouth, Winchester, etc.

I am looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager / Registered Manager / Care Home Manager to manage a beautiful, luxury care home. This is a well-established care home with a fantastic reputation in the Southampton area.

The care home / nursing home offers nursing and residential care to older people, including frail elderly and dementia service users.

The nursing home requires a hands-on manager with a passion for delivering the best care. Care home manager / registered home manager candidates should have previous home management experience and solid knowledge of nursing / elderly care. Any troubleshooting experience would be advantageous.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Ideally should be a qualified Nurse - NOT essential. Experienced, high-calibre care home manager candidates will be considered.
2. Strong care home management skills.
3. Excellent understanding of quality, compliance & regulations within a care home setting.
4. Commercially aware and possess strong sales & marketing skills.
5. Strong CQC knowledge.
6. Experience of managing compliant care homes.
