Elderly Nursing Home in Pulborough

Salary: £64,175 per annum

Package for the Home Manager (RGN, RMN or RNLD) includes:

1. £64,175 per annum
2. 37.5 hours per week

Home Manager (RGN, RMN or RNLD) requirements:

1. RGN, RMN or RNLD qualification
2. Active NMC PIN number
3. Previous experience working as a Home Manager is essential
4. Must have managed homes of 50 beds or more
5. Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management
6. Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines
