The Role of Nursing Home Manager:

Our client is looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager who will assume responsibility for the daily operations and running of the home. You will be supported by the Home's Deputy and Administrator to help you deliver the highest quality care for residents.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Recruit and retain talented and committed staff
  2. Ensure that the home is compliant with CQC regulations
  3. Management of the Home's finances
  4. Develop the Home's marketing, helping the Home maintain full occupancy
  5. Maintaining and developing relationships with residents, their families and other stakeholders

Essential Criteria:
  1. Proven experience as a Home Manager
  2. Excellent communication skills
  3. Leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring staff
  4. Passion to deliver exceptional, person-centred care
  5. Registered, or previously registered with CQC
